Site-specific installations about species extinction. Part of an ongoing body, the first two iterations are CANCELED EDITION: THE ART OF BIRDING and CANCELED EDITION: IVORY-BILLED WOODPECKER. Canceled Edition refers to the printmaking practice of canceling the plate where the plate is destroyed to prevent future editioning. Viewers are encouraged to participate in the installation by removing a bird from the wall and taking it home. Gradually the gallery empties.
